This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you visit our website www.findingyouradventuretravel.com (the “Site”), contact us, request information, submit a quote or trip inquiry, subscribe to marketing communications, use any chat or contact tools on the Site, or otherwise interact with us online.

This policy applies to information collected through the Site and related online interactions. It does not apply to third-party websites, booking platforms, travel suppliers, or other services that we do not control, even if they are linked from our Site.

     • from travel suppliers, booking partners, and travel-related providers when needed to quote, book, confirm, or service travel;
     • from our host agency, travel consortia, preferred supplier programs, and related travel-industry partners, including, but not                 limited to Travel Experts, Inc. and Virtuoso, when needed to support travel planning, quoting, booking, supplier access, customer         services, commissions, reportins, quality assurance, or other related business operations; and
     • from referral sources or social-media platforms when you choose to interact with us through those channels.

3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
     • respond to inquiries and provide requested information;
     • plan, quote, arrange, book, confirm, and service travel;
     • communicate with you and third parties about itineraries, changes, updates, alerts, or customer service matters;
     • process payments and maintain transaction records;
     • send newsletters, promotions, or other marketing communications if you request them, sign up for them, or otherwise consent to       receive them;
     • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our business operations;
     • detect, prevent, or address fraud, misuse, security incidents, or other harmful activity; and

     • travel suppliers, host agencies, travel consortia, preferred supplier programs, and travel-related providers, including Travel Experts, Inc., Virtuoso, airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, destination management companies, insurers, ground transportation providers, and other travel providers involved in quoting, booking, confirming, servicing, or supporting travel;
     • payment processors and financial-service providers;
     • website, technology, communications, analytics, form, chat, scheduling, email, customer relationship management, cybersecurity,         and similar service providers;
     • professional advisors, such as attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers;
     • government authorities, regulators, courts, or law enforcement where required or appropriate; and
     • a buyer, successor, or other party involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

We do not disclose personal information except as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise authorized or required by law.

Our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the Site.
