Planning Services Agreement
Once we've determined we're a good fit to plan your next adventure, we will send a Planning Services Agreement with our invoice for the planning fee to get started on your custom curated proposal!

Custom Proposal Review
We will work with our suppliers to get pricing and put together a your custom proposal with up to three options to choose from. If you want to revise the proposal or make any changes, we would be happy to do so until we get your vacation looking just right!

Selection & Booking
Once your proposal is just right, we will send a booking questionnaire and credit card authorization form to move forward with paying the deposit (or final payment, if within the payment deadline) to confirm your booking!

Planning All the Details
Once your booking is confirmed, we will work to book all of the additional details including transfers, travel insurance, on-site chef, nanny, excursions, and rentals! You need it, let us know and we will work to arrange every detail.

Custom Itinerary
Most of our services include a full custom itinerary for your travel. We put all of your confirmations, tips and tricks, and more into one place accessible via an app for you to use while you travel. It will alert you of gate changes for your flights, and I can update it on the fly - so should your plans change, you'll be viewing the updated itinerary in real time.

The day has finally come! Your start to your adventure has commenced. While you travel, we will be on call, in addition to the on-site contacts through the various suppliers, to help you with whatever you may need. When you get home, we are available should you have anything that needs followed up on (lost items, need a receipt... etc.) Ready to book your next trip? We are certainly here for that too!

- Luxe Traveler: Starting at $300
Full-service luxury travel planning. This fee includes planning, proposal, booking of accommodations, transfers, tours, activities, custom experiences, tips and tricks, & our availability during travel for travel 1-5 days in length for up to 5 people. It also includes VIP perks and amenities offered with specified suppliers worldwide. Each additional person and each additional day will incur an additional $50 fee. - Theme Park Luxe: Starting at $300
Full-service theme park planning. This fee includes planning, proposal, booking of accommodations, transfers, tours, dining, activities, custom itinerary packed with day-by-day theme park routing and tips for theme park stays up to 5 theme park days for 5 people. Each additional person and each additional theme park day will incur an additional $50 fee. - Perks Traveler: Starting at $100
Not looking for full-service because you like planning things yourself but you want someone to talk to and learn about best options and want access to VIP perks and amenities? We can book your hotel accommodations for you, be available for questions and ideas, and you can plan the rest! - All last minute travel requests (trips departing in the next 30 days) will incur an additional $100 - $200 last minute planning fee in combination with one of the above.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I really need a travel advisor? Can't I just book this myself?
You could, but do you have the time? There are endless options out there, and vetting them (while catching the resort fees and fine print hiding in the "great deal") is hours of work. I do the research, handle the curveballs, and unlock VIP perks you can't get on a booking site. You just enjoy your vacation.
Do you only book luxury and Disney vacations?
Those are sweet spots, but my clients travel every way: family trips, couples getaways, cruises, wellness escapes, multigenerational celebrations, and custom journeys off the beaten path. What matters more than the destination is that I can add real value. Certain budgets simply don't lend themselves to the VIP treatment, upgrades, and preferred rates that set my service apart. That's why it helps to have a sense of your budget before our call, so we can make the most of our time and I can be honest with you up front about whether it's the right fit.

Of course! With supplier relationships spanning the globe, we can plan every component of your multi-destination vacation!
What am I paying a planning fee for?
Time and access. The research, the supplier relationships that unlock upgrades and credits, and the custom attention to all the details that turns a mere reservation into an actual travel esperience. You're investing in the trip, not paying for a booking.
I don't know where I want to go yet. Can you help me?
One of my favorite places to start. Bring me a vibe, a season, a travel style, a celebration, or a milestone, and I'll bring you options. Some of the best trips begin with no destination at all.
Are you going to price shop for me?
While I do work to find you the best rate for your accommodation type, my focus is on providing you with the best option to fit your travel needs, which is not always the cheapest option. If you are on a tighter budget, let me know on the discovery call and we can discuss whether your travel dreams are feasible on your estimated budget.
Do you book Airbnbs or VRBOs?
Generally, no. I do however have a number of great villa and short term rental options offered through vetted suppliers (instead of individuals) that are great options for larger families, groups, and events.
Will partnering with you cost me more than booking on my own?
Usually not. We have access to preferred rates with many of our partners worldwide, plus added value: resort credits, upgrades, breakfast, experiences you can't book yourself. Sometimes we'll recommend a certain room type or promotion that costs a little more than the lead-in option, but only to make sure you get the trip you described to us, exactly as you pictured it.
What if something goes wrong during my trip?
You'll always know who you can call. For my clients traveling internationally, I'll provide the in-destination contact for 24/7 support. For most domestic and Caribbean travel, you call me. I'm on call alongside your on-site contacts while you travel, and still here when you're home for the loose ends, travel insurance claim guidance, receipts, or planning what's next.
